1. Introduction

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on evobet88. Multiple accounts held by the same person — identified by matching name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — are considered duplicate accounts and are subject to closure.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.

evobet88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, and at any point thereafter at our discretion, you may be required to provide the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid MyKad (for Malaysian nationals), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification document.

All monetary transactions on evobet88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. evobet88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (FPX), CIMB (FPX), Public Bank (FPX), Hong Leong Bank (FPX), DuitNow, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly for e-wallet methods, and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers via FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited upon receipt of the requisite number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. evobet88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Minimum RM 50 — typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Bank Transfer (FPX / DuitNow): Minimum RM 100 — typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours, subject to the recipient bank's processing schedule.
• USDT TRC20: Minimum equivalent of USD 25 — processed within 15–60 minutes pending blockchain confirmation.

evobet88 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before processing any withdrawal, including requesting supporting documentation. We will not be held liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution or network congestion on public blockchains.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on evobet88 are final once confirmed by the system. You accept full responsibility for any bet you place and acknowledge that the odds displayed at the time of bet placement govern the potential return on that bet.

evobet88 may, at its sole discretion, limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or market. Such limits may vary by sport, event, market type, or user account profile. Where a bet exceeds the applicable maximum, only the maximum permitted stake will be accepted and the excess will be returned.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, evobet88 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to users' accounts. A pricing error is defined as odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement, resulting from a system malfunction or human error.

• For sports betting markets, settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled beyond the period specified in the applicable sport rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting markets are subject to in-play rules as displayed within the Platform for each respective sport and market type.
• For casino games, the rules of each individual game apply as displayed within the game interface. RTP values are based on long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific return in any individual session.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

evobet88 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday rewards, and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms and conditions specific to each promotion, as published on the Platform at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms:

1. Each promotion is available to one (1) eligible account per household, device, or IP address.
2. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used for placing bets on the Platform. Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. A wagering requirement applies to all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly specified in the relevant promotion terms. Where not specified, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
4. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not subject to a valid wagering completion will expire automatically upon the end of the validity period.
5. evobet88 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and is in progress, the terms in effect at the time of claim will apply until completion or expiry.
6. Where evobet88 has reasonable cause to believe that a User has abused a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or bet hedging — all bonus funds will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on evobet88 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. evobet88 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, bet voidance, and fund forfeiture — upon discovery of any such conduct:

• Collusion and match-fixing: Placing or arranging bets based on non-public information, or in coordination with other players, in any way designed to manipulate the outcome of a bet.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, minimum-risk hedging strategies, or other techniques designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.
• Automated betting tools: Using any bot, script, software, or automated programme to place bets, exploit time delays, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering proceeds of unlawful activity. evobet88 operates AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or engaging in any other form of payment fraud.
• Account sharing or selling: Sharing, transferring, or selling account access to any other individual.

9. Responsible Gambling

evobet88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for a small percentage of players, and we take our duty of care seriously.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the evobet88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and game interfaces — is the property of evobet88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, or use for any commercial purpose any content from this Platform without express prior written permission from evobet88.

11. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, and that evobet88 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. The outcome of all games and sporting events is beyond the control of evobet88.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

evobet88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• evobet88 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct;
• A User has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;

• A User has made a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate deposit transaction.

Upon termination for breach, evobet88 may withhold any balance — including real money deposits — pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to have been deposited legitimately and are not subject to any offsetting claim, evobet88 will endeavour to return the principal deposit amount via the original payment method, less any bonuses or promotion-related credits.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Amendments to These Terms

evobet88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, we will provide reasonable notice to users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or minor clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations — may be made without prior notice.
